NAJO supporting local talent

We’ve been long time fans of the work of Jo Tory and her NAJO brand, and this year, incredibly, sees NAJO celebrating it’s 30th anniversary. As part of the celebration, NAJO have just announced ‘The NAJO Contest’ – designed to encourage and support local, emerging jewellery designers.

A number of prizes are available and a win would be a great launch pad for emerging young talent – but winning isn’t everything. All finalists across the various categories will receive valuable feedback on their submissions.
Jo says:

“The finalists will all get broad spectrum critical advice about their designs from five sectors of the jewellery industry, in this way I want it to be an educational and useful outcome for them.”

As a small business, we do what we can to showcase and support Australian based designers. We think that NAJO are so on the right track with their competition, and wish all the young talent the very best of luck!
